How I work

“Therapy with me is more than just a space to talk.”

This is a place to speak freely, pull back some layers, and see things more clearly. I listen closely, remember what matters to you, and help you make sense of the patterns and experiences that shape how you move through the world.

You don’t need to show up with a perfectly outlined goal. Our work will take shape over time, guided by what you bring in, what feels meaningful, and what begins to repeat or ask for attention. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface and make sense of the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that don’t always line up. As things begin to shift, clarity builds, insight deepens, and you begin to move through your experiences with more confidence.

Many people I work with are dealing with things that may be easy to downplay but difficult to carry. Themes of disconnection, burnout, stuckness, self-doubt, and quiet grief all tend to show up. You don’t need a specific reason to be here; wanting to know yourself more deeply is reason enough.

This process is ongoing and grounded in relationship. Over time, it becomes more than just a space to talk. It becomes a space where you feel understood. The context deepens. The trust builds. I begin to know your patterns, your history, your voice, and when something is off. You don’t have to re-explain yourself or wonder if I understand. When life feels heavy or destabilizing, you won’t be alone. You’ll have someone alongside you, rooting for you—a sense of comfort within the discomfort.
