I work with people who are thoughtful, reflective, and often hard on themselves. They might seem fine on the outside, but underneath, they’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what they want.
In session, I’m present, laid back, and direct when it’s helpful. I’ll notice patterns, ask questions that take you outside your typical thought patterns, and help you understand yourself a little better. You won’t get a curated therapist persona from me, but you’ll sit with someone who’s fully present, curious, and cares about what you’re navigating.
