A one-time evaluation to assess readiness for elective cosmetic procedures.

- potential risk factors are identified ahead of time

- how this concern is affecting your day-to-day life
- patterns related to body image or self-perception
- overall readiness to proceed
What to expect
Before the evaluation
You’ll complete a brief set of questionnaires to help guide the conversation.
Evaluation appointment
We’ll meet for a focused, one-time conversation (60–75 minutes).
After the evaluation
You and/or your surgeon will receive a written summary with a clear recommendation.
A quick note: This is not a pass or fail process.
The goal is to step back, look more closely at the decision, and make sure you’re moving forward at the right time.
